Face to face session- £40-50       These are in-person sessions held in a safe & confidential space

Online session- £40                        These are video calls, held via Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Skype

Telephone session- £40                 A phone call session

Outdoor session- £40-50               A session held outdoors- either within a natural environment in                                                               one location or a walk and talk session

The prices listed above are for a 45-50 minute counselling session held at a mutually convenient time, date and location. Payment is requested in advance of the session, although payment on the day is also accepted. Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash. 

Text message sessions can be arranged on request, however face-to-face, online and telephone sessions are preferred.
